Admissions Process

Orangeville Christian School seeks to have a user friendly enrolment process that allows parents to be well informed about what OCS has to offer.

The following steps comprise our enrolment process:

Step 1

Arrange to visit our Principal who will gladly give you a tour of the school, introduce you to staff members and answer any questions you have about Orangeville Christian School.

i

Step 2

Review the information package that is available from the office, to ensure you fully understand the purpose and vision of OCS, our Student Code of Conduct, our parental expectations, and the services offered.

l

Step 3

Complete the application form, including the statement of parental support, and submit it to the office of OCS with a deposit cheque for one tenth of tuition dated today. This deposit will be cashed, and held as a security deposit and will be applied to the final months’ tuition according to the Tuition Payment Policy.

Step 4

Meet with our Principal. This is an opportunity to share your reasons for seeking a Christian Education. We will discuss specifics about your role as a member of OCS, what is expected of students and parents, and about the governance of the school.

Step 5

The Principal will make a recommendation to the Board of OCS concerning your application. The Board will accept or decline admission.

We trust that you will find these steps encouraging and enlightening.

We look forward to serving your family at OCS.
